Questions deans ask
Does it replace instructors?
No — it extends them. CLIAI handles the repetitive 80% (definitions, revision, practice, after-hours questions) so faculty time goes to teaching, mentorship, and edge cases.
Where does student data go?
Nowhere. The tutor runs on a self-hosted model; questions are never sent to external AI services. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and nothing is sold. Quiz progress is stored only on the student's own device.
Can it give wrong answers?
The tutor is grounded: answers are assembled from verified program data and the model only rephrases them. For official matters (admissions, fees, enrollment) it always points students to the college's official channels.
What does the college need to provide?
Nothing for the pilot — hosting, SSL, maintenance, and content updates are included. A faculty contact for a 30-minute walkthrough is all we ask.
Who built it and who maintains it?
Developed by Nirjhar Chowdhury, inspired by Shambhu Nath Chowdhury, as an AI learning initiative for CLI College. Autonomous agents handle monitoring and upkeep, with human maintenance under the partnership.
